"I have been attending the Aldergrove gym for almost 3 years. I felt nervous going back to the gym but having Annette to field all my questions on machines and form was helpful and informative. The front end staff are all super friendly. The gym is clean. No, the equipment is not "new and shiny" but I feel like it's a community and that is more important to me. It's my morning family and I look forward to working out!
